New GoogleNews: "A change in stories that Google News users see and share will change the flow of ad revenue." [InfoWeek]

Google's automated news aggregation site Google News is seeking human
guidance. In its first major design change since its 2002 launch,
Google News has been revised to encourage users to take a greater
editorial role. Such tinkering matters to news publishers: Google News
sends 1 billion clicks per month to news sites worldwide. A change in
the stories that Google News users see and share will change the flow
of ad revenue.
